Information on currency, sales tax and subscriptions

Currency and Sales Tax Information
All prices listed are in GBP (£) exluding sales tax. Sales Tax will be added if you place your order a) as an individual located within the European Union (EU), or b) as a business in located Germany. Sales Tax will not be added if you place your order a) as a business located within the EU (excluding Germany) and you enter a valid VAT-Registration-ID, or b) from a location outside of the EU

Subscriptions
The minimum length of a product (web site package, domain or email package) subscriptionis 12 months. All subscriptions are on a pre-paid basis. A subscription will not be automatically renewed once the period you have paid for expires. You will receive email notifications before the end of your pre-paid period to remind you to extend your subscription. If you do not extend your subscription before the expiry date, your product will be automatically deleted, with no further obligation from you to Cabanova. Your Cabanova membership will not be automatically deleted.

Cancellation
If you would like a product to be cancelled before the end of your prepaid period you can do so by contacting us via our support system.
